典型零件车铣复合加工的运动学特征分析

摘要: 为确定典型车铣零件不同特征的加工中刀具相对于工件的位姿变化及车铣复合机床各轴的运动学特征,提出一种车铣复合加工运动学特征分析的方法。在分析车铣复合机床各轴的结构配置的基础上确定其运动链,根据D-H修正标记法建立坐标系得到其运动学模型,然后根据运动学和逆运动学推导机床的成形函数矩阵。通过齐次坐标变换描述典型车铣零件不同特征加工中刀具相对于工件的位姿变化关系,并与得到的成形函数矩阵联立求得机床各轴的运动函数。通过该函数可以分析车铣复合加工过程中的运动学特征。最后以非共轴车铣零件为例进行车铣复合加工运动学特征分析,结果表明所提方法可以用来分析车铣复合加工中刀具相对于工件的位姿和机床各轴的运动。

Abstract: To determine the tool position relative to the workpiece in machining of typical turn-mill parts,an analysis method for kinematics characteristic of typical turn-mill parts machining was presented.Based on analyzing the configuration of the turn-mill machine tool,the kinematics chain was determined,and the kinematics model was found according to the modified D-H notation.The form-shaping function matrixes were derived based on forward kinematics and inverse kinematics.Through the transformation of homogeneous coordinates,the tool position relative to the workpiece in different feature machining of turn-mill parts was described,and the kinematics functions of each axis were obtained by combining with the form-shaping function matrixes.Thus,the kinematics characteristic in turn-mill machining was analyzed by proposed function.Through an example of kinematics characteristic analysis of non-coaxial turn-mill part,the effectiveness of this methodology was proved to analyze the tool position relative to the workpiece and the movement of each axis in turn-mill machining.
